Acute Renal Failure without Acute Intravascular Haemolysis after Nomifensine OverdosageDepartment of Medicine, Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne NE7 7DN, UK
Department of Medicine, Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne NE7 7DN, UK A case of acute renal failure after an overdose of nomifensine is reported in a man who had evidence of chronic intravascular haemolysis on presentation, but not of acute haemolysis. Acute renal failure after nomifensine overdose is therefore not always due to acute intravascular haemolysis.
